Garmin Traks

Since I got GPS watch I started running little bit more... Nanga Parbat was climbed for the first time in winter but I will keep running as it keeps me mentally right. I have few traks from Nanga:

• descend from Camp 4
• C1B to BC (this with above makes full track from C4)
• acclimatization trip up the valley along Nanga Parbat 
• acclimatization trip up the Shigiri Peak
• trek from Tarashing to Lattabo Base Camp
